Need to do this more often

Last night, it was still so warm out, that after we got the kids to bed, Evan and I just sat on the front steps and talked and enjoyed the beautiful evening. It was so peaceful. The breeze was still really warm and the mosquitos never found us. We ended up being out there for a couple of hours, just listening to the sounds of the neighborhood.

It was definitely one of those 'stop and smell the roses' kind of things. Something we should really do more often.
