A weekend Away!!!

Tomorrow morning, bright and early, Evan and I head out on our kid-free weekend away. I can't wait. It is the first time in almost 18 months that we'll have had a night away from the kids. And, to boot, it is going to be such a fun wedding, and so much fun hanging out with the whole college crowd. Plus, it has been just long enough since the last wedding we went to, that I'm looking forward to the actual wedding itself. For a while, it seemed like we were on the wedding circuit, and I got kind of 'over' the whole thing. But, we haven't been to once since May of last year (our last entire night away from the kids, coincidentally), so I'm up for the pomp and circumstance of it all. Can't wait to see Kristin's dress, admire the flowers and ooh and ah over their wedding bands.

Sadie is pretty excited for her sleepover at Grammy's, and I'm assuming Eden is going to just go with the flow, as is her nature. I'm sure Grammy and Grampy will be completely wiped out by the time we pick them up on Sunday afternoon, though. Anyway, I doubt I'll be posting again until Monday, so ... enjoy the weekend, everyone!
