We just got back from a great get together at our friend Jeff's brother's house. The rain held off long enough for us all to enjoy the pool and fabulous hot tub and to overeat and drink. Sadie had a blast roughhousing with her boyfriend, "Jeffy", and Eden warmed up to him and Anonda right away, too.
Sadie and Evan are heading out in a few minutes to go sit on the beach at Loch Arbour and watch the Asbury fireworks. Eden is already sleeping, and me? I'm about to curl up in bed with a book and enjoy the quiet.
