I know they're ugly

But honestly, I don't care anymore. I've been wearing flip-flops continuously since mid-May, and lte me tell you--my dawgs are barkin'!!!

Not only do my heels hurt, but my ankles and knees do, too. And, while I am willing to suffer in the name of beauty, it is starting to impact my workouts (I'm favoring a knee and overpronating to compensate).

So, I took the plunge and bought some casual 'sensible shoes' for the beach, errands, around the house.

Let's hope these do the trick.
