without going into all of the details, let's just say that I'm somehow lost in their system...and tied up into this endless feedback cycle when all I want to do is check on the status of something. If I get redirected back through the same useless phone menu items one more time, I'm gonna blow.
Man, I really miss the small, independent banks. :(

I cannot begin to convey the magnitude of my hatred of corporate banks- BoA being one of the worst. Surely there's a nice credit union associated with the college? Oops, sorry, The University?
Oh yeah, and talk to me next weekend about home equity stuff, if you're still considering that for the truck.
