The Beach

Spent a bit of time at the beach this weekend, and it got me really excited for summer to arrive. The beach is my absolute favorite place to be. I love the smell of the air, the sound of the waves, the feel of the sand on my feet. And even though I have the beach right at my doorstep, basically, whenever I think about going away to an ideal vacation spot, places that involve the beach, like Hawaii, the Outer Banks, the Carribbean, always come to mind.

Anyway, 'beach season' seems to have started here already, and I'm looking forward to a lot of sandy days!
