I would definitely buy us a vacation property somewhere. Preferably, somewhere warm to escapeat least part of the northeast winters. And, nothing too fancy, either (I mean, fancy isn't bad, but not totally necessary). I think if I were willing to buy outside of the U.S. and the more popular vacation destinations (Carribbean, Mexico, Spain, Italy), there are good deals to be had. You can get a 3 bedroom North Cyprus Property with a pool for less than $100k.
